Who's thirsty for Coke?

When I learned that Tomica Limited Vintage will release a Coke Route Truck a few months ago, I didn't hesitate in ordering one from an online store. I was very excited for it's release but had to wait for weeks to arrive. Finally I received a postal notice last Thursday, woohoo!

From the land of the rising sun....

I received a postal notice that a package has arrived last Monday morning. I wasn't able to go to our local post office that day due to a very busy Monday. Finally, I was able to drop-by yesterday after lunch. It's my package from Japan! I was very excited to open the box so I went home early. Haha!

Relaxing on a Saturday morning...

I finally found time to relax on a very lazy Saturday morning. Woke up late (around 9am), made coffee, had breakfast then took out my new babies (new die-cast cars) from a temporary storage bin.

Got a few items from a friend this week and a package from Hong Kong yesterday. Let's take a closer look...

What did I get today?

I got a new casting from Tomica the other day, a Toyota Town Ace pickup truck! I never knew that Toyota produced this Town Ace in a pickup truck variant, I was only familiar with the Town Ace Van. Anyway, here are a few photos of the Town Ace.

What's my 1st haul for 2010?

I was at Powerplant Mall, Rockwell Center last Thursday and after having lunch with my mom and brother, I decided to take a peek at Kidstation. There were no new items in sight on the Tomica and Matchbox shelves. =(

When I was about to leave the store, the Tomica sales rep told me that they just received a new delivery and it was still in their storage. He told to wait and when he came back, he was carrying the new Honda Cars 4 car gift set.

Woohoo! I just couldn't resist this set, it's a must have! lol!

What did I get from the Nov 29 DCPH Pre-Xmas Swap Meet?

We had our last DCPH swap meet for 2009 last Sunday, Nov. 29. It was held again at Club Taboo, Ortigas Home Depot.

More than 200 registered members and guests attended the 5hr. event. Lot's of diecast cars were sold and traded during the meet but I was so fortunate to receive a few RAOKs (Random Act of Kindness or free items) from DCPH friends.
